How to move on?
People do the same things but expect different outcomes. Literally, this happens, I have seen people doing this. People whine about how their lives are and say that they are doing everything they can but in most cases people doing the exact same thing with slightly different motives and expect totally different outcomes. And when they don't get what they wanted, they get frustrated or depressed. Well, everybody acts differently. This cycle is repeated over and over in their lives. The motivation, the hard work, the frustration ; this cycle is not good for a person's emotional mental balance.
The reason behind this is that expectations arise motivation in us that drives us to accomplish tasks. That is good only if the expectations are real and practical. False expectations lead us to our much hyped results which in reality do not resemble in any way to our expectations. This triggers a rebellion in our minds against the lives we lead, the people we interact with, the surroundings in which we live and the circumstances we are in. This is not good for us and neither the people around us. When we are emotionally imbalanced, it not only affects us but also the people around us. So when we improve our state emotionally , we cease to be an obstacle in other people's lives as well.
